Inhalt
Für neue Mitarbeiter müssen die neuen Geräte über
Intune provisioniert werden
· Benutzer muss in der Gruppe utilitas_mdm_test
sein !
1.
ComputerID
per Script „GetAutoPilotID.ps1“ auslesen
(https://utilitas.sharepoint.com/sites/utilitas-Support/Freigegebene%20Dokumente/Managed%20Service/04%20-%20Tools/Intune/GetAutoPilotID.ps1)
2.
Über die
Geräteverwaltung im portal.office.com muss diese vom Script erstellte csv Datei
nun importiert werden.

Unter Device Enrollment à Windows
Enrollment à Devices
· Dort auf import klicken und Speicherort der
Datei auswählen
· Das Gerät wird daraufhin importiert

Gerät in
entsprechende Autopilot Gruppe packen
· SEC_AP_Service
· SEC_AP_Entwickler
· SEC_AP_Consultant
· SEC_AP_Standard

Nach dem
das Gerät in die Gruppe gepackt wurde muss das Surface im oobe Modus
zurückgesetzt werden. Einfach mit Strg+Shift auf Neustart drücken à Problembehandlung à Gerät zurücksetzen
5.
Nach dem
Neustart kann sich der User anmelden, dafür setzen für das Kennwort des Users
im Rahmen des Onboardings Prozess zurück und melden uns an. Danach kommt die
Autopilot Provisionierungs Seite dort werden die Apps installiert und die
Einstellungen provisioniert. Dies kann einige Zeit in Anspruch nehmen.
6.
Danach das
Kennwort des Users erneut zurücksetzen und dem User, Lejla oder dem Teamleiter mitteilen.
